Sunday Marathon Results

Yesterday saw another great marathon session as games were traded at the console by members irrespective of the teams form. New members covered their Homer purchase by just one day at the console.

Excluding Crawley which had all outcomes depending on a personal choice, there were 14 games available to trade of which 10 won, 1 scratched and only 3 lost. Gijon was a bigger win than average as it was an EHD that finished 1-1 which is the highest green.

If all games are traded the profit would be well in excess of £100. Add that to Saturdays profit and it is one serious weekend!

Check out the comments in my previous post from two happy members.

The Homer Family document costs £29.98 and contains details for Homer, HomerLow, HomerActive, HomerDog and the very popular Extreme HomerDog and for a limited time subscription to the daily service including newsletter and access to the console is free for the first month.

Free Homer Weekend Newsletter & Horse Lay Results

It was another profitable day for the Homer Strategies including a big win late into the night. On my daily lists the winning games are overwhelmingly greater than the losing one's on a day to day basis. So the more that are traded the more chance of consistently profiting each day.

If you would like a copy of today's newsletter which lists yesterdays results, today's qualifying fixtures and potential possibilities for games on Sunday and Monday, please complete the Homer Family Package form on the left. The newsletter will be automatically emailed to you once you have verified your details.

As far as the horse lays are concerned the results are very strong for laying the place which is surprising considering the lays are recommended against the win only. It is interesting to note that from 89 selections, 60 of them failed to place and the vast majority are between the favourite and 4th favourite.

Staking to a £100 liability upon the pick winning the race is showing a months profit at £484 (BSP). A £10 liability is £48.

Staking to a £100 liability upon the pick being placed is showing a months profit of £2,335 (BSP). A £10 liability is £233.

I am currently amending the staking to achieve the best profit possible. Maria's plan seems to be the best option.

If you wish to receive the free lays, please complete the form on the right.

Another Strong Performance

The Homer strategies go from strength to strength with eight profitable trades from ten qualifying fixtures that I listed on the newsletter.

In amongst the eight winners were two gems. The Pizen game had developed from a HomerDog into an EHD whilst Metalist battered Salzburg which gave the opportunity for the jackpot trade. Well done to Eddy who traded six of the seven early games.

Had all ten games been traded using single stakes the profit was in excess of £200.

Thursday 16th February (results)
17:00 Lokomotiv v Ath Bilbao HOMER WINNER

18:00 Ajax v Man. United EXTREME HOMERDOG LOSS
18:00 AZ Alkmaar v Anderlecht HOMERACTIVE WINNER
18:00 Lazio v Ath Madrid HOMER WINNER
18:00 Legia Warsaw v Sporting Lisbon HOMERDOG WINNER
18:00 Pizen v Schalke EXTREME HOMERDOG BIG WINNER
18:00 Salzburg v Metalist HOMERDOG BIG WINNER
20:05 Porto v Manchester City HOMERACTIVE WINNER
20:05 Stoke v Valencia HOMERDOG LOSS
20:05 Tranzonspor v PSV HOMERACTIVE GOAL TOO EARLY NO TRADE
20:05 Wisla Krakow v Standard Liege HOMER WINNER

After two very successful Sunday challenges I will be going for the hatrick. I will try to trade every game listed starting at 11am going right through to the evening games. At single stakes both Sundays achieved profit in excess of  £100.

In addition to the football success the two horse selection lays finished unplaced. These horses were not at silly prices either. My contact certainly know his stuff. If you wish to receive the selections please complete the form on the right.

Today I am offering my pick for all: 19:30 Hoffenheim v Mainz HOMER
Hoffenheim have scored at least one goal in the first half of four of their last five home  league games. Mainz have scored six goals in their last five away league games. That is enough reason to choose the game as a pick.

No Mention of Horses

The Homer family daily qualifying list continues to show far more wins than losses in the vast majority. The up to date results of my main picks (converted to single stakes) reinforces the view that the more games that are traded the better the chance of a profitable day.

I traded as many games as I could over last Saturday and Sunday. I was involved in 19 games of which 12 were profitable, 2 were scratched and 5 were losers.

However I traded just one game on Tuesday which was a loser but it was one of only two losing games in a list containing nine matches. Similarly yesterday I traded and lost two games but there were more wins in the overall daily list. So although at first glance my results show 6 losses in 7 games, the more games that are traded in a single day the greater the possibility of a profitable day. The most important statistic is the long term view in which the no loss strike rate is steady at just under 70%.

Most of this months trading results were achieved without scalping so had my trades been followed at single stakes the bank would have increased by almost £200. Had the trades been followed since the beginning of September, the profit would be at £935.

The beauty of the Homer strategies are that you always know what you can win or lose before the game kicks off. At single stakes on average the win and loss is £23 so if you want the opportunity to profit by £100 the stakes need to be increased to four.

I recently came across a site called The Goal System  which offers selections for free for games where a goal is expected by half time. This of course is a crucial element to a successful Homer trade and I think Homerites should pop over there to see if there are any games that appear on both our lists. They have had a sticky patch earlier this month which hits all systems but in the main they have got it right far more than wrong.

Another site that I haven't mentioned recently but I use all the time is Betting System Notes. As well as their unique fixture search tool named MarketMatcher where you enter the price parameters and it lists all the in play games which fit that criteria, it also has a fully customisable online notepad and organiser where you can store all your notes for betting systems, strategies, trading rules and guidelines.

If you have hundreds of systems, strategies and trading ideas scattered over umpteen eBooks, pdfs, spreadsheets that you have built up over the years you can use their tool to store all the information in one place. In addition to this there are strategy documents and videos. You can check it out for your self by clicking the Betting System Notes banner on the right.

Sunday Homer Challenge

Yesterday I decided to challenge myself and trade all the qualifying games irrespective of form or without any scalping as the overwhelming trend of a qualifying list is a profit. It was non stop from 11am through to 10pm  It started off well with seven consecutive winning traded games but the intense activity soon took its toll and I had to let some games pass me by. The actual games I traded are marked below. Towards the end the losing trades started to catch up but perhaps that was to be expected as they were mostly EHD's. The most important fact was that the overall result was a decent profit.

Changes

I have had a couple of complaints from subscribers or purchasers of the Homer strats that receive copies of my blog posts automatically that only want to receive news about Homers rather than the daily horse lay selections.

It is a fair point so I will concentrate the blog around the trading and have added a form to the right for anyone wanting to continue to receive the lays. These will be sent out in a similar format to the Homer newsletter. I will add another tab where I will post the results for anyone wanting to follow how things are going but doesn't want to complete the form.

I will continue to post the lays on here for the next couple of days to allow followers time to complete the form and start the newsletter from Friday.
